Roopak Dahi Bhalla Masala
Dry roast the cumin seeds and black peppercorns in a pan over low heat until they release their aromatic fragrance. Be careful not to burn them.
Let the roasted spices cool down, and then grind them into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
In a bowl, mix the ground cumin and black pepper blend with the powdered spices (dry ginger powder, black salt, amchur powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and regular salt).
Your Dahi Bhalla Masala is ready to use.
