They will then deliver the package to your provided address as soon as possible. If any issues arise regarding delivery, our partners will contact you to resolve the matter.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the name of the courier company handling your order. You can track the status of your package approximately 24 hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Time

We strive to dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. While we maintain a 95% inventory availability, certain products may need to be sourced directly from the brand to ensure freshness and non-expired goods. Although we aim to minimize such occurrences, these products may cause a delay in your order. During sale events, dispatches may also experience slight delays due to increased order volumes.
