Cancellation and Refunds


If you wish to cancel an order or item(s) before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team at info@hawkerstown.com. Once the cancellation request is processed, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued within 3 to 4 business days.

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed back to the same account used for payment within 48 to 72 business hours after we receive the products back. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer to refund the amount, using the billing details you provided. This process will be completed within 48 to 72 business hours after we receive the products back, and it will take an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
How to Return an Item
At Hawkerstown.com, we offer an "Easy Return Policy." If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can request it within 3 days of its delivery. Partial returns are also accepted, allowing you to return one or all products in your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Opened or tampered articles will not be refunded or accepted for return.
Here's how to initiate a return:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (info@hawkerstown) within 3 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide your order ID details and your request for return, replacement, or refund. Please attach an image of the product and the invoice for reference.
Step 3: Courier the unused product to us in a sealed package. We will initiate the refund or replacement process once we receive the products with their original packaging, seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Products damaged due to misuse/overuse
Returns made without the original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged
Tampered serial number
Defective products not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer's warranty
Used or altered products
Return request initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
Free products provided by the brand
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product in your order, follow these steps to request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

Step 2: Provide your order ID details and request for return, replacement, or refund of the defective/wrong items. Attach an image of the product and the invoice for reference.

Note: Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
